Hey Friends,
My path to healthy living was never a straight and narrow one. I struggled for years with drugs, alcohol, and self-esteem until I discovered a passion for taking care of my body after rehab in 2005.
I’m still amazed at how everything fell into place when I filled my body and mind with things that were good and healthy. It didn’t happen overnight. But I learned that small, consistent steps turn into major milestones when we put in the work. It’s about progress, not perfection!
